Sessions can be in-person, online via Zoom or Skype or walking therapy.

I am based in the pretty village of Lode which is just off the A14, Junction 35, midway between Cambridge and Newmarket. There are some lovely cycling routes from the centre of Cambridge to Lode and bus routes, if you are not a driver.

Free on-street parking is available but I would recommend parking (free) close-by at Anglesey Abbey. I am a short walk from there.

My room is designed to offer creative ways of working, as well as talking therapy - surrounded by the beauty and healing presence of the natural world. This setting also provides the possibility of walking therapy where we meet and explore the outdoor space together; whilst talking through whatever is on your mind.

"Sarah has worked with me to overcome deep family scars. Her outdoor walking therapy sessions have proved a great way of working through issues whilst experiencing the great outdoors. The sessions work on a whole new level. It's as if your mind is focused on walking, avoiding the tree roots and mud etc, leaving your subconscious free to talk - a great way to open your senses." - ST

"My experience of walking therapy with Sarah has been wonderful. Sarah is lucky to live in a lovely location and within a minute of meeting, were in the middle of a beautiful forest....we were able to stop and listen to the sounds of the forest and marvel at the beauty around us that, so often, gets missed along the way. Which is what therapy is all about really, reconnecting with the world around us on our terms. Life can get crazy and we can forget to stop and wonder - the walking therapy with Sarah has rebooted my system and I now take time to stop and listen and wonder more often." - VT
